40s rayon pineapple Hawaiian dress

I always like to leave certain materials up to the buyer to clean with the method they wish. It looks like it had belt loops at some point and as you can see in last photo, there’s two small mends near each other at the waist also where one of the spots is. This is the same on the other side. Same spots.
