40s sapphire blue studded dress as-is

Overall fair wearable condition. This piece presents well but has some issues. Please read! As pictured you can see some discoloration on the backside and front side. I tried my best to picture them. Possibly a good candidate for dyeing? In less harsh lighting it is not as distracting. There’s also scattered holes near the hem. The dress however is long enough that one could hem the dress and they’d go away. Also a few holes in the ties for the waist. Priced accordingly! She’s still a beauty and would make a great night time darling.
