40s mocha asymmetrical beaded dress

Great piece for everyday wear. Beautiful light mocha color. Brown iridescent beading around neck all intact. Pleated front draping. Overall good condition. Has some underarm discoloration. Original belt but the backing of it is pretty worn (but useable). One water spot on back as pictured. I have not attempted to clean this piece and price is reflective to issues.
